The three-chamber automatic dosing device is an automatic, continuous flocculant dissolving device with a solution range of 0-5000 l/h and a concentration of 0.1-0.3%.
The dry powder flocculant is premixed with water from the screw propeller into the instant device, and the wetted material is stirred and diluted in the preparation tank, and is prepared according to the required concentration. During the preparation process, the water intake must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter, so as to ensure that the concentration of the preparation solution remains unchanged during the whole working process.
The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the curing tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the feeding process continues. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process automatically starts again. Stirrers are arranged in both the preparation tank and the curing tank to ensure the dilution and curing of the flocculant. In addition, when the storage tank solution is insufficient, the lower level alarm system will be touched, and all systems will stop and alarm. The device is characterized by high degree of automation, stable performance, reliable operation and simple menu operation.
